Never in a million years I would thought of owning a Pandora bracelet. It was never my cup of tea, dare I say. I remember when Pandora first opened its store in Melbourne and the sales went over the roof. I never understood why. Every Pandora store were always full of people. Not only women but men also buy them as gifts (probably because they think every ladies love their Pandora).
One day – six years after all its hoo ha, I was having coffee with my best friend before she handed me a white Pandora bag as a ‘little’ surprise gift. *Gasp* I was ecstatic and literally bouncing in my chair wanting to see what she had gotten me. When I saw this little silver owl taking a peek from its beautifully wrapped box, I started ooh ahh-ing “oh … so cute, oh … so beautiful, so simple, so precious and … aah it’s so ME!”
Now I fully understand why people choose Pandora’s charm bracelet as gifts. It is never the same when they are given to you from the people you love. Sure they may never look as grand as most jewelries are but it is simply the time your loved ones spent choosing that one particular charm that says “YOU”. Thank You Emmelyn!
