Danilo Diaz Granados Offers Example for Entrepreneurs Looking to Transition to US

Danilo Diaz Granados offers an example for all entrepreneurs who are looking to make a move to the United States. There is a way for you to get a green card. Consider these options before you make any decisions or begin steps towards a visa.  Danilo has talked about these on Facebook before, but he also covered the entire deal on iCrowdNewswire, breaking down how to become an entrepreneur in America.

Option 1

Become an investor. Investing in a US company can be one option for obtaining your visa. In order to qualify, you must invest one million USD ($1,000,000) into a company. For companies located in a rural area, investors can limit their capital into half a million USD ($500,000).

Option 2

Secure an employment visa. You can apply for Visa EB-2 (C) even if you no current employer within the US. If you have no secured employer, you can qualify for this visa with an advanced degree. Exceptional skill in your field may also qualify if the talent or ability can be used in the benefit of national interest for the US.

Option 3

Obtain an E-2 Treaty Investor Visa. Some countries are on the US list of treaty investors. Citizens of these countries can apply for E-2 Treaty Investor Visa.

Option 4

Gain O.1 Visa. For other individuals with exceptional business, leadership, educational, or other skills, the O.1 Visa offers another opportunity to gain a green card. A US employer sponsorship is required for this visa.

Option 5

Earn L1A or L1B Visa. Executive employees of organizations or companies with offices in both your country and the US can gain an L1 Visa. Some length of employment stipulations are necessary for L1A. L1B allows non-executive employees to apply with specialized skills.

Option 6

Secure Visa H-1B. Employees, not entrepreneurs, use this visa for certified working.

Option 7

Maintain Visa B-1. Secure a short-term business visa for up to a total of 12 months in the US. This visa will not offer work provisions, but those terms can be established during this period.

Options are open for entrepreneurs outside of the US who desire to establish profitable companies within the US. Danilo Diaz Granados founded Toys for Boys in Florida. As a prominent business entrepreneur and immigrant, her precedent can offer encouragement for business-minded individuals who desire a work visa in the US.  Read more about Danilo’s career history on CrunchBase, and see what this man can do for you.
